Mr. Rajkaran Daftari, popularly known as the Tea Man of Bihar, was born to Late Mr. Bhikamchand Daftari & Mrs. Kanta Devi Daftari on 3rd October 1959. He is the second son in 4 siblings. Mr. Daftari pursued his primary and secondary education in Kishanganj. He has emerged as a big tea tycoon of the state. Under his leadership, the group has expanded footprints in Real Estate, Shopping Malls, Hospitality & Home Interior Materials. His strong beliefs are serving to humanity, community empowerment and social transformation. He says; “one must be a good human being before a good businessman”

“I think one should have a higher vision to do something bigger in life. But the question is, from where this vision comes. I got my answer in the younger age. Your dreams become your vision, all you need to do is realize them, identify them & begin your journey to chase them. A man’s achievement, objectives, assets, earnings make him big, he think so but it is not! His contribution in the upliftment of society, his services to mankind, his dedication to develop opportunities, all these things make a man really big. Earning isn’t that much import but earning respect is always a must! I am happy whatever I could do for the society as a businessman, as a follower of religion, as a responsible citizen of the nation and most importantly as human.”
